NovaRay®微型耐用型背板系统将超高密度与偏置封装相结合,以实现112 Gbps PAM4的最佳信号完整性性能。


系列概述

NovaRay®微型耐用型背板系统支持盲插应用,可选配导引及锁合,以及用于安全连接到电路板的标准焊接片。超高密度设计允许在单个连接器中容纳多达128个差分对,并具有可配置信号组,以实现设计灵活性。为了实现高达112 Gbps PAM4的性能,值得信赖的NovaRay®晶片设计消除了对内偏斜,并在差分对之间和周围采用了大尺寸连续接地刀片以消除共振。
